First Facebook has blocked cryptocurrency related advertising possibility, now there are reports that google reduced Adword performance.
Google doesn’t have negative cryptocurrency policy. Also, they haven’t published any statement about changing their policy. However, Google Adwords clients reported a significant drop in the performance for the cryptocurrency, e.g., ICO advertising.
Advertising is not the only realm that has been treated differently.
Bitman extend to the US
, the biggest cryptocurrency mining hardware producer probably wants to extend to the US. According to the companies-number.com, Jihan Wu (Bitmain co-founder) is the “governing person” of the Ant Creek.
The new company wants to build a “blockchain facility” at the Port of Walla Walla (Washington) – according to Union Bulletin. Ant Creek will lease land by the end of 2018 if the contract is approved. According to Patrick Reay (Port Executive Director), the Port has been working for half of the year with the Ant Creek to develop the “blockchain facility”. Port officials say the project could bring between $7 million and $10 million of private investment.
During YouTube live stream, Vitalik Buterin (Ethereum co-founder) presented a new solution for blockchain scaling. Plasma Cash is an even more scalable version of existing Plasma according to Buterin. The project was developed by Buterin, Dan Robinson and Karl Floersch.
The Plasma is a scaling solution for Blockchain, introduced in August 2017 by Vitalik and Joseph Poon (creator of the Lightning Network). It works by optimizing data that passes by the blockchain, thanks to that fees for smart contracts and decentralized applications (DAapps) are reduced.
